This policy sets out how TeachAppz may and may not be used. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use TeachAppz for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; fraud or misrepresentation; phishing; distribution of malware; hacking or unauthorised access attempts; illegal content, products or services; infringement of intellectual property; or unauthorised collection of personal data.

2. WhatsApp & Email Use

Messaging must comply with WhatsApp, Meta and email-delivery policies as well as applicable law. You must have a lawful basis and, where required, consent for the contacts you message, must honour opt-out requests and must not send content prohibited by those platforms.

3. Content Standards

Course, community and marketing content must not be unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or harmful, and must not make guarantees of income or results that you cannot substantiate.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where this policy is breached. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
