These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TeachAppz, a product operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the platform, you accept these terms.
By accessing TeachAppz, submitting a call request, purchasing a subscription or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
If you are using TeachAppz on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
TeachAppz is a software platform for online coaches, trainers and course creators. Supported areas include websites and landing pages, lead capture, CRM, WhatsApp and email communication, automation, course creation and delivery, student management, community, payments and billing records, calendar and appointments, team and operations, analytics and AI-assisted tools.
Features available to you are those included in your active plan at the time of purchase. Capabilities not described in writing should be confirmed with our team before you rely on them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account, including activity by your staff or team members.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
TeachAppz is provided as an annual subscription licence at ₹1,00,000 per year. There are no monthly or quarterly plans.
The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the paid term. It does not grant lifetime or perpetual access, and it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Access continues for the paid annual term. Continued access beyond that term requires renewal.
Fees are payable in advance for the annual term. Applicable taxes are charged where legally required and shown as part of your invoice.
Activation of your account and onboarding begins after payment is confirmed.
All payments made towards TeachAppz subscriptions, licences, onboarding, setup, implementation, services or related digital access are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Non-use, change of mind, missed onboarding, failure to implement the platform or the absence of expected business results does not ordinarily create a refund entitlement. Nothing in this clause unlawfully excludes rights available to you under applicable law.

We continue to develop TeachAppz. Features may be added, improved, modified or discontinued as the platform evolves. We aim to avoid changes that materially reduce the core value of your active subscription.
TeachAppz can connect with supported third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability, pricing and behaviour are outside our control.
You are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts required for an integration to function.
WhatsApp messaging through TeachAppz uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You must comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies, including rules on consent, opt-outs, message templates and permitted content.
Template approval, messaging quality ratings and account restrictions are determined by Meta, not by TeachAppz.
AI features assist you with drafting, organising and analysing work inside your account. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
We do not claim guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed outcomes or fully autonomous operation of your business.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including course material, contact data, media and documents. You grant us the limited rights required to host, process and deliver that content as part of providing the service.
You confirm you have the rights and lawful basis required for the content and personal data you upload.
You must not use TeachAppz for spam, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorised access attempts, illegal content or services, infringement of intellectual property, unlawful data collection or misuse of WhatsApp and email systems.
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful activity or risk to the platform or other customers.
You may choose not to renew at the end of your annual term. Termination does not create a refund entitlement for the current paid period.
The TeachAppz platform, brand, name, logo, interface and underlying software are the intellectual property of [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the service during your paid term.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of leads, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
