Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 25 August 2026
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for TeachAppz subscriptions and related services.
Contents
1. Core Principle
All payments made towards TeachAppz subscriptions, licences, onboarding, setup, implementation, services or related digital access are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once account or platform access, licence activation, onboarding, configuration, training or related services have begun, payment is ordinarily final.
2. Situations Without an Ordinary Refund
Refunds are not ordinarily available for: change of mind; non-use of the platform; low usage; missed onboarding sessions; failure to implement the platform; failure to launch a course or campaign; absence of expected leads, sales or business results; business closure; customer-side technical problems; or limitations that were disclosed before purchase.
This does not unlawfully exclude any statutory rights available to you under applicable law.
3. Cancellation & Renewal
Cancellation means choosing not to renew the next annual term. It does not create a refund for the current paid period, and access continues until the end of that term.
You can inform us of your intention not to renew by writing to our support email before the renewal date.
4. Duplicate Payments & Billing Errors
If you believe a duplicate payment or billing error has occurred, write to our support email within 7 days of the transaction with the transaction reference and payment proof.
Where we verify a genuine duplicate charge or billing error, the excess amount is returned through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
