Payment Policy

1. Plan & Amount

TeachAppz is offered as a single annual plan at ₹1,00,000 per year. Monthly and quarterly plans are not offered.

2. Taxes

Applicable taxes are charged where legally required and shown on your invoice.

3. Invoices

An invoice is issued for each payment to the billing details provided by you. Please ensure billing details are accurate before payment.

4. Activation

Account activation and onboarding scheduling begin after payment confirmation is received.

5. Failed & Duplicate Transactions

If a payment fails but an amount is debited, or if a duplicate charge occurs, write to our support email with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are returned through the original payment method.

6. Renewal

Continued access beyond the paid annual term requires renewal. We contact you before the renewal date so you can decide whether to continue.

7. Refunds

All payments made towards TeachAppz subscriptions, licences, onboarding, setup, implementation, services or related digital access are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
