Call enquiry data: the details you submit in our call or contact forms, including your current systems and challenges.

Billing data: invoice details and payment confirmation records received from our payment processors. We do not store full card details.

Device and usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited and feature usage.

Support data: messages, attachments and correspondence you send us.

Customer-uploaded data: CRM contacts, leads, student records, course content and community content you add to your account.

2. Why We Process Data

To provide, operate and secure the platform; to activate accounts and process payments; to deliver onboarding, training and support; to communicate about your enquiry, account or service; to improve product functionality; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, communication delivery, analytics, payment processing and AI processing. They receive only the data required to perform their function and are expected to handle it in line with applicable law.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI features, relevant content from your account may be processed by AI providers to generate the requested output. AI activity within your account can be reviewed in AI Logs.

6. Customer CRM & Student Data

For contact, lead and student data you upload, you are the controller of that data and we act as processor. You remain responsible for collecting it lawfully, obtaining the consents required for WhatsApp, email or other outreach, and honouring opt-out requests.

TeachAppz is built with security, privacy and responsible access management in mind, including authentication and role-based permissions. No system can be described as completely secure, and we do not claim that it is.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, tax or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Your Rights

10. Account Closure

On closure, account data is handled in line with our Data & Account Policy and applicable retention requirements.

11. Minors

TeachAppz accounts are intended for business use by adults. Where your programs involve minors, you are responsible for obtaining the consents required by law.

Service providers may process data outside your state or country. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections apply.
